After you have purchased an item and payment information is secured, you will receive via E-mail a confirmation and an estimated delivery date. We cannot include a packing receipt or invoice with the shipment of our products thus most of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In many cases orders are sent as presents to someone else, and it senseless to include any documents that reflects the price of their gift. Nevertheless the order confirmation that you will receive via e-mail is considered as an official E-receipt. If at any time you loose or delete this e-mail, we would be happy to resend it.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise WILL BE REPLACED

We stand behind what we sell. You have 15 days to return any item or items in their original package from the date of purchase. We will ship another at our own expense upon return of the defective items. However, a 15% restocking fee will be imposed on all returned items that are not defective.

NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Prior to shipping back any product we must be contacted by E-mail or to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please do not ship anything back with out prior authorization. All returns must have a RMA # clearly marked on the package. No credit will be issued without this number.

REFUND POLICY

15% restocking fee will be imposed on all returned, undeliverable or refused shipments. We will notify you via E-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your return. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees.
